Join me on SATIATE for this brand new and timely episode with my long-time dear friend, Dayna Seraye.

Dayna travels around the world teaching Authentic Relating and in our conversation she offers us the five core practices of Authentic Relating (and so much more!) so we can apply this to our relational skills for a deeper more authentic connection in all of our relationships.

Listen and hear:

  • How our communication and relational skills start first with our relationship to ourselves.
