Sue Van Raes, author of Food and Freedom, is a functional nutritionist, food psychology specialist, and psycho-spiritual practitioner. She shares a body, mind, heart, and soul approach to helping women make peace with their plate—and their lives.
LONG BIO
Sue Van Raes is the author of Food and Freedom and founder of Boulder Nutrition. A functional nutritionist, food psychology specialist, and Rapid Resolution Therapy practitioner, she blends biochemistry, psychology, and psycho-spiritual insight to help women transform the way they eat, think, and live.
After her own lifelong struggle with food—and more than two decades in private practice—Sue discovered an integrative pathway to lasting peace with food and a renewed relationship with self. Her book, Food and Freedom (April 2024), offers a body, mind, heart, and soul approach to ending the war with food and reclaiming personal freedom.
Her expertise has also been highlighted by PBS, People magazine, Prime, Peacock, Livestrong, Reader’s Digest, and more. This spring, Sue will be featured in the PBS docuseries Recipe for Wellness, bringing her integrative work to an international audience.
