"YOUR LIFE IS AS GOOD AS YOUR MINDSET"

My life used to feel like an entanglement of struggle and chaos.

I often found myself in a chronic state of stress. I was exhausted, burnt out, operating from survival. Worst of all, I became incredibly hard on myself and totally disheartened.

After many futile attempts trying to control some of the uncontrollables in my life, I finally realized that the only way out was in.

I had to change my mindset to change my story.

Our mindset is at the root of our personal stories –– the stories we have grown to believe and identify with –– those that often leave us hearing the same inner narration on repeat.

...I'm not good enough
...I'm not pretty enough
...I'm not smart enough
...I'm not successful enought
...Nobody loves me
...I hate my body
...My life is a mess
...My body is broken
...I am out of control around food
...I make bad choices
...I am a train wreck

Consequently, our stories can keep us stuck.

If we can connect to our pasts lovingly within ourselves, re-write and reframe our stories going forward, we can change our lives. The way we narrate our lives and tell our stories shapes what our lives become.

But have you considered your food story?

These are the traditions, heartful memories, the struggles, the beliefs, the characters, the pivotal moments that shaped our eating, and all that has occurred within our (often complex!) relationship to food.

We know our health is much more than what is on our plates and our mindset is a powerful ingredient to consider. I hope you enjoy this opportunity to visit (or re-visit) your food story.
