Hi love,

I’m back with Part 2 of the Inbox Envision series — and this one hits close to home.

Today, I want to invite you into something both wildly simple but quietly radical:

Wanting what you want.

No justifying it.
No reshaping it to sound more “reasonable.”
Just…wanting it.

According to Deepak Chopra, true desire doesn’t come from ego or lack. It rises from the soul. A quiet, steady soul-soaked knowing that reveals more of who you are –– your purpose, and the deep knowing inside of what is meant for you.

When honored, our true desires brings us back into our vitality, clarity, and natural flow.

After years of inquiry (and even some time studying directly with Deepak), I've learned that most of us don’t struggle because our desires are wrong — we struggle because we’ve been taught to fearthem.

Maybe it’s the incredible power behind our desires—our power—that scares us.

We are taught that they are...

Too much.
Too selfish.
Too impractical.
Too…anything.

So we dim, we delay, we deny.

But when we stop demanding our desires make perfect sense — something softer opens.

Because true desire is also said to be auspicious: bringing you into alignment with what most serves you and the highest good for all.

(If you are a recovering people pleaser like me, this one lands 😉)

When honored, true desires bring us back into coherence, vitality, and alignment with the natural flow of our aliveness and life force.

And that, my love, changes everything.

🔮 Part 2: True Desire

Grab a pen and your favorite journal, and pause with me during this reflective week of the year.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Take a few slow breaths and ask: What do I actually want?

🧘🏽‍♀️ Notice any judgement coming up or urge to explain, minimize, or dismiss. Take a deep breath. Let that move through like stormy weather.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Ask again: If no one else’s opinion mattered, what would I want?

🧘🏽‍♀️ Feel into your body: What shifts when you are free to express?

🧘🏽‍♀️ Take some time to let your true desires unfold. Write without editing or fixing. Let the wanting be honest, even if it surprises you. You don’t need a plan—just full permission.

Maybe you feel a spark.
Or a quiet exhale.

Or a tingling of aliveness in your body.
Maybe it feels like truth arriving without needing a reason.

This is not indulgence.
It's alignment.

Your desires aren't a problem.
It’s a living prayer that already knows the way.

I can't wait to hear how this lands for you.

Part three will land here in just a few days — and it will be in perfect timing to naturally move your true desires into motion! 💗

Missed Part 1? You can access it here!

With love,

SUE
