What is KETO?

At its core, ketogenic is a macronutrient ratio that is high fat, moderate protein, and low carb.


Ketosis is when the body burns fat for energy (instead of sugar).


The ketogenic eating style was originally developed in the 1920’s for children with epilepsy and can be –– if done wisely –– very healing for the body on a number of levels.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE KETO KLEANSE AND KETO KLEANSE PLUS?

The KETO KLEANSE is an online self-paced program with many options to add-on customized support in the way of supplements, mind-body practices and natural medicine. With the KETO KLEANSE you will receive an all inclusive E-book that details the wholistic program in a straightforward, step-by-step way. The KETO KLEANSE PLUS is an opportunity (limited to 10 people) to receive all benefits of the KETO KLEANSE plus to work privately with me along your journey.


IS KETOGENIC SAFE LONGTERM?

Studies have shown that keto is one of the best diets for managing long term health issues such as weight loss, blood sugar related issues (such as Diabetes), menopause, brain healing, hormonal health and energy.

CAN I HAVE A COCKTAIL NOW AND THEN?

Try to avoid cocktails during the healing part of the KLEANSE, but during the maintenance phase, yes!, a cocktail now and then is absolutely welcome.

CAN I EAT AT RESTAURANTS? 

Yes. In general you’ll want to stick to healthy restaurants, or fast-casual restaurants that focus on quality ingredients and lots of vegetables (Flower Child and Modern Market are two examples). Order dishes that focus on vegetables and protein.
