Come join us this fall for a beautiful and nourishing women’s retreat weekend.

We will spend our weekend together reconnecting with ourselves, communing with nature, nourishing ourselves with seasonal organic food cooked with love and awakening our feminine nature within in all things health and happiness.

There will be daily workshops, hiking, soaking, 3 satiating meals per day, yoga, meditation, and some free time to reflect and rejuvenate.

The views in this sacred valley are absolutely breathtaking, hiking amidst the golden and crimson fall leaves is magical, the hot springs are incredibly mineral dense and relaxing, and connecting with others often creates new lifelong friends and community. We look forward to you joining us!!
